Dealer Feature or you can convert them to cash. You can exchange every 10,000 Dealer Points for $10 that will be directly added to your Real Money balance.
You can easily redeem your points by following these steps:

Click on Cashier in the Casino Lobby.
On the main Cashier page, click on Deposit.
On the Deposit page, click on Dealer Points. You can find this selection in the second row of deposit options.
Your Dealer Points balance will be displayed along with the monetary value of that balance. Click Submit and the money will be instantly credited to your Real Money account.
